In American history, it is said that every generation has its “defining event”; these events often exemplify, for the generations that lived them, a cultural, social, or political shift in the way they view United States or the world around them. For those who lived WWII, the attack on Pearl Harbor is often cited as their “defining event”, an event which incited rage, fear, and anxiety for some, and patriotism and unity for others. 
In a minimum of one (1) well-developed paragraph, address the following prompt:
