Develop a comprehensive assessment of how the HR function works in McKesson

You are a professional outside consultant to the Board of Directors of the corporation. The CEO is a ‘numbers person,’ concerned about both the appearance and the reality of the company’s ethical impacts on its diverse stakeholders and society at-large. The CEO believes that the HR function lies at the heart of the firm’s ethical performance – for good or ill. You are under contract to provide the Board with a comprehensive, quantified and weighted assessment of how the HR function works across-the-board to improve the ethical performance of the company, identify specific areas needing improvement and develop a plan to drive implementation of upgrades in those areas. It is up to you to determine the relevant criteria and then measure them.
