According to the author, the effective communication will help the customer to easily decode the information that are provided who gets benefit by the industry. This will enhance the customer to provide effective feedbacks also to the industry and rectify the problems that arises in the communication procedure in between the customer and the industry. The effective communication also minimizes the effort for understanding the provided information from the industry.

This will help the workplaces to enhance the productivity of all the stakeholders as well as of all the employees present in the organization.
The nonverbal communication strategy must be provided with the proper guidance to enhance the way of communicating inside the workplace as this type of communication is transmitted via email, phones and many more devices in which the information can get recorded.

On this contrary, it can be said that the effective communication in a workplace can help the distribution of the information in a quick responsive manner.
As stated in the quote the steps are referred to as the information provided in a workplace. So in that case, if the steps or information are precise, short and to the point it will be very easy for the persons present in the process of information exchange to understand the information easily and the effective work will be the result.

When the team skills level is high, social media have a negative effect on communication quality.” According to this quote, the author explained that the social media puts a positive impact in the communication quality of the industry only when the team members are not provided with the leadership qualities. However, the communication is effected, when the skills level of the team becomes high. Therefore, the social media is said to put a positive as well as the negative impact on the communication quality in the workplace in time-to-time basis.

According to the said quotation, the author wants to say that the words that are used for communication should be righteous which will help the persons in the communicating environment to understand the information easily. Same as in a workplace the communicating information should be righteous so that it could be understandable by all the persons communicating in the environment of the workplace, which as a result will enhance the effectiveness in the workplace.
